Vitterfolk +35%
This is a troll-style race.  It is a more Scandinavian folklore version being more magical in nature.   It does however have some of the D&D classics with a fire and acid weakness and a high hp rgen.
Desc
Vitterfolk live throughout realm in hidden conclaves, most commonly in forested mountain regions. They are generally distrustful of the other races and they can be fairly vindictive if they feel their clan is threatened. They are a curious race of skilled craftsmen and magic-users, though generally fearful of religion in any form. They are amazingly skilled at mixing potions and building gadgets with minimal resources, making them exceptional artificers or alchemists.  Vitterfolk are not unheard of in cities, though they tend to live out of the way of others, usually in poorer areas where there is less authority to bother them. Here they often break their distrust of strangers to work as artisans, using their crafting skill to gain income to feed their clan and finance whatever project they think of.  Vitterfolk are amazingly resilient, though they are extremely susceptible to fire and acid attacks.

Pixie -20%
This is a play on the original fairy race from Dreamscape BBS that existed in a beta realm around the time mod-2 came out.

Desc
Though with the proportions of elves, Pixies are only half as tall as an elf. They are slight, delicate, but agile creatures. They have very long pointed ears and two "antennae" like protrusions that emerge from and hang over their head. They have two pairs of wings, like an insect's, similar to a moth's, though females tend to have wings closer to those of butterflies. They also have a fairly long, feathery tail.  Pixies have a generally playful disposition, though they are not adverse to quite a bit of trickery at someone else's expense.

Abilities: Nightvision +50, Dodge +50

Frogite +40%
This is a frog-like race.  It is agile and stealthy with an excellent willpower score.  The swimming ability will act the same as a skiff/fishing helm.

Desc
Frogite's are shorter than humans and have blue or green fishy skin. They have large eyes and feathery gills around their necks. Their hands and feet are webbed. Along with their natural resistance to poisons and toxins, Frogites can be rather hard to kill due to their remarkable agility and predisposition to holy magics. Frogites are said to be like the waters they live in - wild and unpredictable, being calm and playful or stormy and wrathful. Though not at all inherently evil, Frogites tend to be inherently chaotic - they put their freedom and natural wishes above all other things.

I love the pixie race; they'd make gh vaults even less useful but that's not a big deal. Frogite is a nice alternative to kang. Vitterfolk seem overpowered though, esp. at 35%. Seems like too many HP benefits for a mage.

Ok i see a prob with the -20% and the str. I think this race is going to replace the Halfling race.
Unless there going to be changes to it the Halfling and if so what is going to be done with Gaunt , Human and Dark Elf's was there a forum already on this ?

kalus

40 health for Fairy is a killer. This overtakes Gaunt as the race no-one ever touches.

Frogite is a Dark-Elf with high int instead of wis. There is a lack of high wis races so this could be useful, but no-one plays Dark-Elves .

Vitterfolk is a Dwarf with high int instead of wis, good for mages. But 40 wil is too low for a race that is "resilient"

I'm going to interupt a little here and assume you just mixed a couple things up.  40 health is a real killer, the rest of the pixie's stats are excellent and it has an extremely powerful +50 dodge ability, all of that is tempered with a -20%.  I'm not certain that the race is entirely playable maybe some play testing and tweaking might make it into a workable race.

High str races in Gmud will be nerfed when you revert the combat(acc) formula to its pre 1.11m state.

As for the Vitterfolk, they are suppose to be very susceptiable to magic..lemme rethink them a bit.
