Q on Hard Caps on Stats

Hey All,

I've been curious if anyone has the information regarding the following:

I've tried discussing this topic with quite a few people on the realm, but it seems like the answers aren't really 100% certain on the matter.

Regarding hard caps on the following status, is there some kind of formula to figure out how you'll perform against certain accuracy NPCs:

-Dodge
-Crit
-Accuracy

Maybe along the lines...

(NPC_Accuracy - Dodge) followed by a check vs the AC with the new accuracy # = % Chance not to get hit?

Or is it just a simple Hard Cap of 80% dodge rate?
Crit = maybe 45%?
Accuracy = Always have a 1% miss chance?

I saw a post on here about how Agi, Cha, etc provide different bonuses at certain intervals above 50, but the goal of this post was to hopefully find out if there is a way to min/max stats to get the "most" benefit from them without wasting gear slots on things that might be pushing you over the optimal limit.
