A note on my characters in-game

I sincerely and genuinely thank people for taking the time to test and report information, but please don't report it to my character(s) (Vitoc or Jackote) in-game.

I'm almost never at the keys.  I use those characters for announcing when I'm about to restart the realm, for seeing if the realm is still up and running, and that's about it.

Please post bugs in our bugs section in these forums, or if you want to correspond with (and I really do enjoy hearing personal feedback from people), please PM me and I promise I'll do my best to get back to you in a timely manner.

I want and need to hear what you have to say on in-game issues, but that information *will* get lost if you only report it to my characters in-game.  If you don't have the time to search and repost a known bug in the bugs section and someone calls you on it, blame it on me; I won't take offense.
